Hey Y’all! My name is Samantha McMillan. I’m a ceramic artist currently based in Philadelphia, PA. I like to think that my work brings feelings and ideas from the 2 dimensional to the 3 dimensional through the process of sculpture. My work reflects the complexity between queer identity and a southern religious upbringing. This juxtaposition inspires and challenges me to make work that feels authentic to all parts of who I am with compassion for who I have been and who I am yet to become!
