Editor in Chief
Maria is a lover, fighter, and writer who traded in the Phoenix deserts for California’s Bay Area, hellbent on proving herself (to no one at all). In typical Aquarian moon fashion, she took every unconventional path possible to find herself, one of which led to starting Club Rambutan. She took the 3 things she loves the most - the internet, art, and stories - and aspired to build a space where people like her can begin again through their creativity.
Creative Director
Jasmin Lily is an Iranian-American artist.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and studio art from Arizona State University and is currently an Industrial Design Master’s student at Pratt Institute.
Art Director (Issue 05)
Sam Daly is a PNW born mixed media artists, graphic designer, and hand poke tattoo artist. She takes a curious approach to every project by experimenting and blending a variety of mediums together into digital and physical compositions. She explores themes of family trauma, the natural world, and personal identity.
Photo + Videographer
Bridget is a multidisciplinary artist originally from Seattle, now based in San Francisco. Her work spans Super 8, 35mm, digital, and VHS formats—she loves experimenting with old cameras and analog textures to explore themes of memory, identity, and time. When she’s not creating, you’ll find her thrifting, enjoying nature, or adventuring around the city with friends. She’s passionate about building community, meeting new people, and exploring all the creative scenes that the Bay Area has to offer!
Newsletter Managing Editor + Videographer
Felix (he/him) is the SF Managing Editor for Club Rambutan. He is a creative who suffers from decision paralysis and instead dabbles in photography, videography, illustration, and other art mediums. In his spare time, you’ll find him thrifting for cameras and electronics, trying new dishes at local restaurants, or hiking a Bay Area trail. You might find him either looking out the window on BART or wandering Golden Gate Park.

Maya is, first and foremost, a book enthusiast. Throughout her life, nothing has mattered more than the written word. She also could be described as in her mid 20s, content marketing maven, amateur seamstress, beginning jeweler, zealous advocate (for and against many things), etc. Currently, you can find her knee deep in the world of influencer marketing due to a high pressure internship scramble her junior year when she moved to NYC.

Now located in downtown Phoenix, Maya shares an apartment with an aspiring lawyer and aspiring doctor. Here, she can be found arguing passionately with her roommates, repairing thrifted clothes, and leaving Goodreads reviews for her audience of 11.

Based in Oakland, CA, Tiffany (she/her) is a writer, vintage clothing curator, and web designer, once in tech to now building her dream businesses. Putting her thoughts to paper has come naturally for as long as she can remember—a passion she carries into her editorial work as a writer for Club Rambutan. Today, she runs grl curated, a vintage clothing boutique, alongside a freelance web design and management studio for small businesses. Driven by her love for vintage + slow fashion, community building, and uplifting small businesses, Tiffany brings intention and creativity to everything she touches.
A Pisces sun and Aquarius stellium, loves pilates, hyperpop, cooking for loved ones, partying with her grlfriends, and her cat, Finn.

Maris is a poet, writer, and lover of all things art, fonts, fiber art, and film. Born in Singapore and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, she is a proud culmination of the people and cultures she holds close to her heart. She holds degrees in Psychology and English from UC Davis and is currently an MFA candidate in Poetry and Predoctoral Instructor at the University of Washington, Seattle. Having served as a youth advocate and mental health crisis worker, she always strives to help underserved, marginalized and intersectional people through her work inside and outside of Club Rambutan & the arts. You might find her at your local cafe journaling, dancing to herself, listening to an audiobook, or knitting while her glasses fall off. She believes art is inherently fundamental to our humanity.

Bre is a Californian-born, Phoenix-raised artist with a deep love for horror and her sweet 15-year-old cat. Her work is highly feminine and frilly, often infused with a splash of the grotesque, and spans performance art, video, and installations. When she’s not watching a horror movie or an episode of Real Housewives, she’s likely discovering a new restaurant, enjoying drinks with friends at a bar, or dancing the night away at an event. (she/her).
SF Events Lead
Jules is a San Francisco–based creative specializing in event production and music curation across cultural and community-driven projects.

Her approach to event production is a thoughtful design practice—shaping narratives through guest-centric experiences. Believing that shared experiences are one of the most powerful ways to build community, she has set out on a mission to bridge the gaps between cultures, interests, and creative disciplines. She supports both emerging creatives and established institutions in creating experiences that resonate beyond the moment.

Also enjoys: rock climbing, coffee, crate digging, long philosophical walks with her dog Benni, friends, family, le labo thé matcha edp, rilakkuma, hot yoga, pear soda, and memes.
SF Events Coordinator
Raim grew up in the East Bay Area, California, and is a recent graduate from UC Irvine, holding a B.A. in Urban Studies with a concentration in Geographic Information Systems. Since graduating, Raim has moved back to NorCal to pursue a career in urban planning, with a passion for bringing people together guiding him. To ground himself, Raim loves to cook, go out for a run, watch Glee, and spend quality time with friends and family.
Merch Designer
Percy is a multi-media designer and synth freak based in Phoenix, Arizona. Inspired by all things DIY they like to spend their time collecting knick-knacks and scrap electronics to mash into something sickening. Being a plant lover they always like to contrast their project with natural elements.

Mia is a designer and maker based in Oakland, California. Mia's mother and her friends immersed her in art and craft growing up. Making things gave her a way to direct her restless hands, and instilled a lasting love for materiality and construction.

Now, Mia works as an industrial designer, and spends her days creating objects that serve people and endure over time.

Artist Resource Group
Savannah Miles is originally from Seattle, but she has found herself living all over the world. Having completed her undergraduate degree in history at Grand Canyon University, Savannah moved to Liverpool, England to attend a postgraduate program and study international slavery studies. She now lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she plans to work in museums and universities as a public historian. She loves traveling, nostalgia, bird watching, trinket collecting, and long walks.
Grant Writer
Gordon Fung is a transdisciplinary artist-curator, writer, performer, multi-instrumentalist, and runaway composer who works across a wide range of time-based media, including audiovisual performances, new media installations, experimental film/video, media archaeology, participatory works, performance arts, and Happenings, among others. Inspired by the unique Chicago video/media arts lineage and collectivity in Fluxus, he has founded and directed the neo-Fluxus theater troupe //sense to showcase large-scale experimental participatory theater, exhibitions, and screenings. By establishing a democratized and decentralized space, he initiates efficacious social changes through arts, media, technology, games, and life. As a firm believer in collectivism and synergy, his curations cultivate two maxims: “making good communities better” and “finding arts in all things.”

Bay-bred. Filipino-fed. Passion-led. Alexa is a creative soul on a mission to curate meaningful experiences that uplift communities and spark connections. When she’s not managing properties or behind the bar, you’ll find her swimming or dancing.
